Vote signing
Vote signing authorizes the multisig program to count your member identity toward a proposal's approval or rejection state.
Vote request contents
A vote request should identify:
- Multisig address.
- Proposal or transaction index.
- Vote choice.
- Member identity.
- Signer scheme.
- Whether the vote contributes to
pq_threshold.
Approval versus rejection
Approving supports execution. Rejecting signals that the proposal should not proceed. The exact rejection policy is enforced by the program and proposal state rules.
Post-quantum votes
Falcon votes require a registered Falcon key. Winternitz votes require current one-time state and should advance that state after successful submission.
