Wallet troubleshooting
Start by identifying whether the problem is wallet unlock, identity availability, registration, state, or app policy.
Wallet locked
Unlock with the local password. If the password is lost, restore from the recovery phrase if available.
Missing identity
Check account index, scheme filter, and derivation settings. The app may be asking for an identity that exists in another wallet or account index.
Cannot pay fees
Falcon and Winternitz identities cannot pay Solana fees. Select or create an Ed25519 identity with devnet SOL.
Falcon not registered
Register the Falcon public key before using it as a multisig member. A local Falcon key is not enough for on-chain verification.
Winternitz state mismatch
Refresh on-chain state before signing. If the wallet thinks a different position is next, stop and investigate.
App says not eligible
The selected identity may not be a member, may lack permission, or may not satisfy the required signer scheme.
