Wallet overview
The Quorum wallet manages the identities needed for mixed classical and post-quantum multisig approval. It can hold Solana-compatible Ed25519 identities, EVM-compatible Secp256k1 identities, Falcon-512 identities, and Winternitz one-time-signature state.
The wallet is for devnet testing and integration work. Do not import production seed phrases.
What the wallet is for
- Creating or importing a recovery phrase.
- Deriving supported signing identities.
- Showing identity status and addresses.
- Registering Falcon public keys.
- Tracking Winternitz state.
- Reviewing connection requests from apps.
- Signing messages, packets, transactions, and Quorum votes.
- Sending and receiving devnet SOL where supported.
What makes it different
A normal Solana wallet primarily manages Ed25519 transaction signing. The Quorum wallet also manages signer classes that are not native Solana fee payers. That means the wallet needs to distinguish fee payment from member approval.
Wallet surfaces
The wallet can appear as an embedded app wallet, a browser extension surface, or an integration target for the Quorum app. The core identity and signing model should remain the same across those surfaces.
