History and audit trail

The History area gives operators a chronological view of multisig activity. It is useful for daily review, incident response, and governance reporting.

What history can show

• Created proposals.
• Votes and approval state.
• Executed transactions.
• Cancelled or rejected proposals.
• Recognized treasury and program actions.
• Unknown instructions involving the multisig.

How to use it

Review history after important operations. Confirm that the final status matches the team's intent and that no unexpected action appeared around the same time.

Unknown instructions

Unknown does not automatically mean malicious. It means the app does not yet classify the instruction. Treat unknown entries as prompts for review.

Audit mindset

The app is not a substitute for formal audit logs, custody approvals, or incident response records. Use it as the on-chain activity surface and pair it with your organization's off-chain approval records.
